a) Which are the prerequisites for me to rent a car?
In order to rent a car you have to own a Greek or European driving license for at least 2 years and to be over 23 years of age.
b) What cover do I have when I drive a Ride and Drive car?
The basic rent which is written in the price list and our offers includes Collision Damage Waiver insurance (CDW). However, by booking, you can opt for the Full Damage Waiver insurance (FDW).
c) How can I book a car?
You can book in three different ways:
1. Online, via rideanddrive.gr.
2. By calling +30 2310 600024. The Telephone Exchange of Ride and Drive operates daily from 8:30 a.m. until 9 p.m.
3. By visiting any of our branches.
d) Can I receive the car at the airport?
Our Employee will be waiting for you at the area of arrivals, where your relatives usually welcome you, holding sign with your name so that you can easily recognize us, and he will transfer you, with a mini-van, to our office, which is 5 minutes away from the airport.
e) I will have a little child with me; is there the possibility for me to have a small seat?
Of course, as long as you declare it the moment you book. Ride and Drive will supply you with a children's seat at no extra cost. *Valid only for Thessaloniki and Kavala.

You can pay off the car rental in one of the following ways:

g) If the car breaks down, what do I do?
You have to contact us so that we can either fix the damage, provided this is possible, or to supply you with a replacement car. Our contact data are written on the Rental Contract that you receive at the beginning of the rental.

The long-standing experience of our staff at car rental guarantees that the vehicle you will receive will be in excellent condition. We take care that the vehicle is clean, without mechanical or other problems. In case, however, that you were not satisfied by the condition of the vehicle you have to contact us immediately.
