Road Transportation
Thessaloniki is located at the crossroads of highways (Patras-Athens-Thessaloniki-Evzoni-Promaxonas) and Egnatia Odos. There are daily connections by bus (KTEL) from Bus Station Macedonia to the north of the city, with all the regions of the country. Buses to Halkidiki depart from Halkidiki station which is located in the south of the town.
