2. How do I pick up my rental car upon arrival?
The process for receiving your rental car depends on your arrival destination. At Thessaloniki airport, for instance, our experienced staff will greet you with a sign bearing your name. During winter, the greeting takes place inside the arrivals’ hall, while from spring onwards, we’ll meet you at the designated meeting point just outside arrivals. Our driver will then escort you to our nearby offices, a brief 8-minute journey from Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport. For destinations other than Thessaloniki, we will provide you with specific instructions to ensure a smooth meetup with our driver. Should you have any questions or require further assistance regarding the pickup process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
3. What is the process for collecting my rental car?
To get your rental car, follow these simple steps upon arrival at our offices:
- Our skilled team will quickly and efficiently prepare your car rental contract in just five minutes.
- You will need to present two documents: a valid driving license and proof of identity (either a National ID or passport).
Please note the driver requirements:
- The driver must be at least 23 years old but not older than 75.
- New drivers should have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
4. What is the payment process for my car rental?
The payment process for your rental car is simple and direct:
- Upon signing the contract at our offices, located at our headquarters in Thessaloniki airport, you can pay using cash or credit/debit card.
- There are no additional deposit fees for any payment method. You only pay the agreed amount from your reservation.
For locations outside Thessaloniki, or for certain car models at the Thessaloniki station, it’s necessary to have a credit card in the driver’s name. A specific amount will be held as a guarantee, varying according to the car category. This guarantee is fully refundable upon the car’s return without any damage. If a guarantee is required, the amount will be between €700 and €1200.
